Decorated Envelope Swap

Hi guys!

A little while ago, I participated in a swap on Swapbot where we had to send a long letter in a fully decorated envelope (so front and back). I created this before our YouTube channel was a thing so I decided to share it with you anyway as just a blog post.

Like most of my envelopes, I started off with a plain Kraft paper one and made a background. I got these two papers from another swap I was in and I think they worked really well together.

I stuck some vintage stickers from various Stickii club packs all around and decided to do something a little different with the name label. I tore up some white paper, got out my watercolour paints and made it look a little older by painting around the edges. It was super easy and dried very quickly so I could get the swap out ASAP!

For the back, I folded the papers used to cover the front round, instead of cutting them off like I usually do, and added another ephemera piece, along with more Stickii stickers! I don't usually decorate the back of the envelope but it was fun to give it a go.

This was just a really quick post to share a very small and quick project with you, I hope you enjoyed reading along!

Keep crafting x
