Hi guys!
This is the final pattern, et voila!
So, I decided to start with the seat of the tractor and then begin to work the green part.
I did 3/4 stitches in some parts of the roof to add a slanted effect.
3/4 stitches also played a part in the front grey section.
If you would like a tutorial on how to do 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 stitches, then leave a comment on this post!
I didn't have enough white thread, so I had to leave the window until I bought some more!
I backstitched the outline with black thread - this is when it really came to life!
I was very pleased with how it was looking at this stage, and was excited to get the white thread so I could finish off the window.
Pictured above is all I could do without the white thread!
Finally - the window is finished!
I could then complete the outline and add the wheel! Now, there's one last step...
My boyfriend (James) is a farmer and it was his birthday earlier in the week, so I thought I'd make him a tractor card.
I started off by drawing out the pattern.
Of course, I did a time lapse of this progress because, as you know, I love a time lapse!

I stuck it to the card! I backed it as well so the back of the piece couldn't be seen.
