Sizzix Big Shot Plus Manual Die Cutting Machine

Hi guys!

So, we bought the Sizzix Big Shot Plus manual die cutting machine a little while ago now and just wanted to show you a mini unboxing.

We bought it online from Hobbycraft, and the shipping time was literally 2 days - even though we selected standard delivery, it was pretty much next day.

Once the box is removed, the machine looks like this - all packaged up nicely so it doesn't break during transport!

The actual machine is a lot heavier than we expected!

The handle comes separately and it needs to be attached.

The Alan key fits perfectly in the nut and bolt, and you need to use this to attach the handle to the die cutting machine.

We were happy that this was very easy and didn't cause any aggro! From what we can tell, there isn't a right or wrong way to attach it.

Then, we looked at all the accessories.

It comes with a super/helpful instruction booklet, which walks you through everything you need to know.

This is the Big Shot Plus Platform which is the base for all your cutting adventures! It comes with the cutting pads as well!

The package I purchased came with a starter kit that included 1 fabric sheet, a few A4 sheets and a few 3.5 x 6-inch sheets. All the materials match so you can make coordinated projects from the off!

It also comes with 12 thinlet dies and one framelit die (which is the cube net - we haven't tried this yet, but we'll show you over on Instagram how it goes when we do!). The smaller butterfly was the first die we ended up trying!

It also comes with the Adapter B and Adapter A (as seen above).

The starter kit also comes with this Bigz L die. We haven't used this yet either, but we will definitely show you the end result when we do!

Thank you so much for reading! If you liked this, please check out our Instagram and some of our other posts if you like!
