Ely's Charity Shops Crafty Haul

Hi guys,

We decided to go on a little charity shop shopping spree to get some goodies!

Okay, first of all, I purchased these gorgeous cards from one of the charity shops (unfortunately, I can't remember which one). These are going to be sent to penpals in the future!

From the Wood Green charity shop, I found this cute little cross stitch kit. They also had some really cool ribbon, so we'll be going back there for ribbon weaving supplies.

This one isn't from a charity shop from Ely, but it is from a charity shop called 'Sense', in Great Yarmouth. This book has gorgeous full-page pictures of flowers and such, so I'm going to be making envelopes out of these.

Oxfam has beautiful cards, so I bought three for my penpals and possible birthday cards for friends and family.

This map was also from Oxfam I believe. I'm going to tea or coffee stain it and use it to decorate my envelopes or letter papers for my penpals.

This book has lovely pictures in it. I don't know whether I'm going to make envelopes out of it or just cut bits up and découpage using them. I might even make postcards with some of the pictures.

I bought this old music sheet to tear and decorate my envelopes and things with to give them a more vintage theme.

Again, stunning pictures which I'll be using as postcards, envelopes, découpage paper and /or decorations /embellishments.

These two gift bags were from Sue Ryder Care and I'm going to be cutting these up to make embellishments for my journalling and penpal letters.

This annual contains super cute pictures which are going to be great for some of my penpalling.

Okay... this has gorgeous images in it, but I don't think I'll be able to cut it up and part with it so... I'm going to keep this one for myself.

Another book of amazing pictures for penpalling / journalling of some type!

I cannot tell you how excited I am to get these out! There are some lovely stamps in here!

This is the first book I got from the charity shop(s) to cut out some cute pictures of animals for my envelopes!

As you can see - you can find inspiration from anywhere and everywhere!

Keep crafting x
