Following our Sarah Robinson haul, we wanted to share with you the Sweet Bunting Kit we've coloured in. There are, as always, some time lapses for each triangle and then the finished product is revealed in the end!
There are 6 flags altogether in the kit, and each one showcases a different dessert - or sweet - to colour in and then display. The ribbon for the bunting is also included and in this case it is blue with white dots.
I started off by picking out the colour scheme for the entire project and got to work on the lollipop flag! As you can tell, I went with orange, red, yellow and purple with a blue and grey outline.
I was pretty happy with the outcome of this first one, but I hadn't warmed to the outlining just yet.
This has got to be my favourite one!
Here is the finished product! I'm giving this to one of my boyfriend's family members for their upcoming birthday!

For the candy canes, I went with mostly purples and I preferred this over the lollipops.
I really wasn't sure about how the actual cone would turn out, but I ended up liking it!

As there was quite a big area to fill on this cake, I decided to blend the orange, red and yellow together to give it extra depth.
After the cupcakes, this is my next favourite - probably because it's more simplistic.
Here is the finished product! I'm giving this to one of my boyfriend's family members for their upcoming birthday!
