Hi guys!
Today I decided to start my 'May in Pixels' spread in my journal. This is my first time trying anything like this (journaling etc) so I need to practice a lot, but here is what I came up with.
I started with this 'calligraphy' title which I'd written out on plain paper before I dared to place it in my actual journal.
I then made the word PIXELS into block letters. I'd seen people all over Instagram do this and I loved the effect, so this is where my inspiration came from.
Most of the time I've seen people do a year in pixels, but for now, I'm just going to stick to one month. I drew the grid out in pencil, ready to be filled as the days go by.
I then wrote the word Key as a title. I tried to achieve the same calligraphic style as I had used for the main title but it didn't work as well as I would have liked.
I decided to use my favourite time-lapse-style video to show you what I did for the rest of the page.
Here is the final piece!
